Ages 4 to 6
Created specifically for ages 4-6, our Little Ninjas program focuses on improving preschool-aged children's basic motor skills
and listening skills in a fun and motivating way.
The Little Ninja curriculum uses martial arts techniques and games to help your child develop 8 major skills that are necessary
for participation in any sport or activity: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness & coordination.
The curriculum also contains 8 Little Ninja Personal Development skills that are used to encourage & reinforce family
values.
Completion of our Little Ninja Program will help your child become focused and motivated to achieve any goal they set in
life.
They will become better students at school, better listeners at home, and more ambitious towards the future.

Ages 7 to 11
This class is intended for school-aged children who have either graduated from Little Ninjas, or are new to the martial
arts.
The curriculum is designed to address the needs and abilities of older children by implementing a variety of martial arts
techniques such as grappling, punching, and kicking to improve your child's focus, self-discipline, and coordination. Our
goal is to encourage them to work through challenges and help them take their skills to the next level.
We use activities such as Black Belt assignments, Word of the Week, as well as in-class discussions and games to encourage
our students to develop their ability to excel inside the classroom and out. Effort, Kindness, Respect, Self-Discipline,
and using Mental Self-Defense before resorting to violence are all key aspects of our program.

Ages 12 to 15
This class is for pre-teenaged students, and is designed to be the final stepping stone into our Adult Mixed Arts/Phase
program.
This class continues the trend of personal effort and achievement established in our other youth classes. Discipline, Focus,
and Goal Setting are emphasized through the introduction of more advanced techniques from our core martial arts including
Filipino weaponry (Kali), Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Jun Fan, and Grappling.
Personal awareness, community service, responsibility, and leadership are considered a vital part of our pre-teen class, as
students learn new degrees of control and patience through the completion of homework assignments, in-class activities, and
mentoring our younger students.

From the International Examiner - The Journal of Northwest Asian American Communities - Feb. 18 - Mar. 2, 2004
"Learning a number of different martial arts (Kali, Jun Fan Martial Arts/Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu), rather than just one, not only develops a well-rounded student, but enhances the learning process," "Add this
to the school's self-paced classes, friendly, environment, firm safety measures, and a good mix of male and female
students, and it's easy to see why people keep coming back."
"Martial arts training has a definite mental benefit," said Edmund Ng, a Chinese American who studied karate for 10 years.
'I've learned how to concentrate on anything, in all parts of my life.' For the past year, he has trained four or five
times a week at MKG Seattle and credits his training with giving him more confidence in presentations at work."
"Taking the classes motivates you to have better health habits, in terms of what you put into your body, so that you can
perform better."
"This display of art, tradition and mental and physical ability seems to symbolize what martial arts training is all
about."
Testimonials From Students and Visitors
Dear Andy,
I just wanted to take the time to thank you for hiring Adam. First and foremost, Adam's love of teaching children karate is impressive.
He obviously very much enjoys what he does, he is very good at it, and the kids benefit greatly. Adam is generous with his time before
and after class, he is kind and compassionate to kids in class, and he is a great communicator with both parents and kids. He has a
very gentle demeanor with kids, but he is consistent and firm. He talks to them about respect, good diet, setting and completing goals,
and positive life choices. Karate is not just 25 minutes 2 times a week. It is something that positively influences all aspects of
their life.
Thanks again! I'm so glad Adam is in my son's life.
Sincerely, Laurra Little Ninjas
Max has grown confident in his ability to see a new skill, practice and achieve the outcome. The skills are present by the instructors
in an organized and achievable way so the students can learn or improve with each session. Adam and Audrey are saints.as a mom of two
boys my husband and I appreciate their teaching style, structure, order while still letting our under 4 year old be his age. They
maintain a good balance of skill and fun. I like their repetition of skills.
Kim Smith Little Ninjas
Adam is an excellent and gifted teacher with these young kids. I think this is a great program, and Adam has a great sense of the age
group's abilities.
Jim Steffen Little Ninjas
A huge difference in coordination, behavior, and focus.
Ren Caldwell Little Ninjas
He is more interested in fitness, getting better at listening and following instruction. You do a great job of keeping them as focused
as they can be and getting them to follow the rules.
Holly Grass Little Ninjas
I think it's a very good program for kids, for teach discipline and learning how to protect them selves. Excellent program and
teachers!
Fleda Ramos Juniors
I like learning different approaches to martial arts, and learning about the cultures that the different arts come from.
